I think back to 10-15 years ago and several people come to mind who were very active then but no longer BB users. They truly were a life line working part-time with no learning subscription.

As I read the posts of those who've replied, I am “Yes, that person.” “Oh, them too.” “Oooo, hadn't thought about them for a while.” I am so reluctant to name names as I know I would be missing people. I have to say, that being a Blackbaud user, gives you a certain advantage because of the Community.
