YourCause Authentication Issue

Hello! We have several events we are working on filling today and all our uses are receiving this error message – Can anyone who uses Yourcause validate if this is happening to you as well?

Our internal team says it is an app issue and that our Single Sign On is working fine, but I am hoping to validate that is true while we are waiting on our YC Rep to respond.

  • @Monse Anleu what error is it? Have you submitted a case to case support? I'd love to try to help - I'm not seeing any other reports of any errors in the site right now.

  • @Monse Anleu I was able to speak with the support team, and it turns out they were getting reports of this - I just hadn't heard of it yet. It should be resolved now, and sorry to cause you any panic as you work on your events today.
