Happy Friday all,
Is anyone currently using CSRConnect's VTO option? If so, would you be willing to share your screen and walk me through how it works? There is currently an issue with VTO in UAT so we can't dig into the steps how the approvals/reviews works etc. We are looking to adjust our VTO policy and we want to make sure the system can assist us before making the adjustment.

If you do not use the system for VTO tracking, can you share how you are tracking? Do you have a review/approval process for VTO requests?
