Photo contest on Facebook

As part of our holiday campaign, we're thinking about doing a pet photo contest on our Facebook page, with the winner being featured in a holiday e-card campaign. I've checked the rules for Facebook contests, so I know there are some things we have to do, and things we're not allowed to do.

I'm wondering if anyone else has done this, and if so, how did you do it? I've looked at a 3rd party solution but I'm not sure it's quite what we want. I'm thinking about using Storybuilder for the contest submission (particularly since we'd like to charge an entry fee), and then using a modified survey for voting. We've got a Facebook donation page and newsletter sign up page, so it seems like I could tweak the voting survey and then feed it through to Facebook so people could vote there (and ideally, ask their friends to vote).

The question there would be how do we keep people from stuffing the ballot box?

I know I'm probably over-thinking this, but I figured I'd check in here before I try to re-invent the wheel.
