I have a parent who hid their email with Apple when registering their Blackbaud ID, and now cannot log in. This is the error they get:

What is the best way to proceed?

Here is the Blackbaud article. It has been my experience, when doing this, that you have to have the user access the article in order to click on the links in the article; otherwise, they don't get to the correct places. You have to follow this document in the exact right order or it doesn't work.

It seems counterintuitive the way the directions read, but I have been successful a few times in helping my users. The whole Apple thing was such a pain in the neck at first that now I tell people not to connect at all with Apple, and I avoid the problem of them clicking it. Good luck!

@Kim Ashcraft thanks so much Kim. Yes, I usually do the same thing, just have them use a different email address to authenticate and avoid going through all those steps and creating another irate user! Thanks again,
