Hi! In the past for your speaker submissions, what format did you use for the submission? Can you outline a past submission in terms of structure? For example, did you lead with what the session was about and then bullet point out your session outline?

@Crystal Bruce The bbcon proposal submission form has limited formatting options. Before completing the official online form, I will brainstorm with a group of community members. Then, I define the core message and key takeaways. Finally, I will draft the session title, description, and learning outcomes, reviewing them with my co-presenter(s) before finalizing the submission.
