Why doesn't all of my event registrations show up on my RE NXT event module?

Good Morning, I have a sponsor who went on line and paid $5,000.00 to be an Event Sponsor. I processed the payment through online express and then went in and added my appeal code and committed the batch. However that payment or sponsorship is NOT showing up on my Events Tab in RENXT under revenue. I believe it is in my columns and filters but I do not know how to change them (I have tried). Please help me figure this out, I have put so much time into working on it and I am running behind in my other work.
