I'm excited to be here with my good friend @Sunshine Reinken Watson to talk about presenting at bbcon!

My favorite sessions have been the Ask the Super User panels. The audience always shares so many interesting questions and it is fun to help problem solve those issues! With Blackbaud folks in the room it is a great opportunity to get product engineers to hear the challenges and the solutions we need!

Here is a little about me so you can get to know me better.

Carlene Johnson is a Raiser's Edge power user, Community All-Star, and regular bbcon presenter who is passionate about clean databases. With 25+ years of DBA experience she seamlessly translates database concepts into fundraising concepts. Having used RE since the DOS days, Carlene keeps current with Blackbaud products and enjoys supporting fellow DBAs. She is currently learning low-code solutions like Microsoft Power Platform. After many years in the non-profit and K-12 sectors she recently opened her own consulting firm, Next Level Services with clients in Higher Ed, K-12, Social Services, and the Arts. In her free time, she enjoys attending summer camp programs for adults and geeking out with her fellow Super Users!
