Online Express Email Message IMAGE

Hello Everyone,

We included an image in the email message for submitted donations. There's no way, I believe, to load it into the message box, so I just copy pasted the image. This was about 2 years ago. Now that we are creating new OLX forms, we are using a different image. For some odd reason, the new image is not loading when we receive the email message. I tried png and jpeg and they both don't work.

Then I copied the old image (from the old donation form) and pasted it in the new donation form. The email message shows the old image.

I tried both institution and personal email accounts (just in case it has something to do with the firewall) but same results.

Has anyone experienced this anomaly?
