Hello. Has anyone ever had a gift not show up in their Approvals Manager for months after it was made? We had an associate reach out today about a donation that he made via CC in YC in November '24 that didn't appear in our Approvals Manager until today. He's wondering why it wasn't approved for a match before today, but today was the first day we saw it in there. Trying to figure out what happened (perhaps user error on his end…?) so we can prevent that from happening in the future.

    @Jennifer Clearwater I would submit this to Case Central! It should show up when the user requests the match. Depending on the dates of your match program, your user may have requested the match at a later date.
