Blackbaud Checkout Not Processing Transactions

Hello,

Recently we received notice that the old “standard checkout” will be phased out in February to comply with PCI regulations.

When an embedded donation form is switched to the new “Blackbaud Checkout” we receive the following error on event forms.

“2025-02-10 9:11 AM: System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. ”

When we attempt donate by selecting “secure payment” on a standard form(embed on website), the “secure payment” button does not load anything, there is no error message, and no pop-up is blocked either.
