Attendance

Options

We are having an issue where attendance managers cannot enter attendance after a class has happened. Has anyone run into this issue? Best, Rich

  • @Richard Pan Are they working within the Attendance Center? If so, this has never been an issue for us. My attendance manager can modify attendance by viewing Recorded attendance, finding the appropriate class, and then clicking on the word “Taken” in the far right column. The attendance window opens to display the entries, and my attendance manager can simply update the records using the attendance codes in the dropdown menu. Once done, they save and close.
