pop up time in the assignment date time settings aren't showing

Hi!

We are seeing that the pop up class start/end time information isn't popping up when you put the cursor over dates in the assignment date time setting calendar. We are using Chrome and Chrome is uptodate. It is hard for teachers to not see the class start/stop times. The red dots on the calendar dates when classes are scheduled to meet is showing up. But, hovering over those calendar dates with the red dots isn't showing the class meeting times. Any help is welcome. I have a case in with Blacbaud but can't get an answer.
