Does anyone use Power Automate and Luminate together?

I'm loving using the Power Automate NXT connectors and would love to do the same for Luminate, but I'm not a developer…so reading through the online docs is a bit over my head. Is there anything similar to the Blackbaud Power Automate Accelerator training out there?

    @Anne Dicker I do not believe so. There are a slew of great folks on the Power Automation group. Join the discussion. @Erik Leaver - I thought there was a Power Automate group similar to the Power BI group but cannot seem to locate the link. Hoping you might be able to help out.

    @Anne Dicker Luminate Online uses a different set of APIs that lack the certified connectors that we have for our SKY platform solutions. So working with Power Automate is a bit more complex.

    I understand there are some orgs that use LO with Power Automate. @Eric Oyler - have any tips?

    @Erik Leaver Thanks for thinking of me - Hope you're doing well!

    We do utilize MS Power Automate to automate a number of admin tasks within Luminate, but not in coordination with the Luminate APIs. We utilize the Luminate APIs for a number of integrations and web apps too - just not with Power Automate.

    Some examples we use Power Automate in Luminate:

    • Copying TeamRaiser Coaching Emails from a blueprint and then scheduling the messages based on X days out from event date
    • Running an audit of TeamRaiser configuration data that we can't get out of ReportWriter, like the event greeting page configuration fields.
    • Generating Surveys for each event and then embedding them with S tags on TeamRaiser pages.
    • Closing and archiving (and releasing URLs) for past season TeamRaisers and then publishing new season TeamRaisers.

    Some examples we use the Luminate APIs:

    • Custom “quick” one-page registration for returning participants that loads their info from the previous season
    • Custom leaderboards
    • Plotting all TeamRaiser events on a map
    • Custom participant center
