@Crystal Bruce, I'm a huge fan of Policies & Procedures manuals. I'd love to see how someone organized their manual, what procedures they included, and if they use a template.

@Crystal Bruce I can never say this enough…. If you are good at something, that something is a session topic idea! Just do it!!! Your proposal won't be accepted if you don't submit one!
