Set up trimester and yearlong terms for Activities?

Does anyone have their Activities terms set for Year-long, Fall, Spring, and Winter?

We have some activities that only are grouped by and occur during the three Athletic seasons - Fall, Winter, Spring -- like drama and art; These occur in the afternoon.

And other “activities” that are grouped by and occur throughout the entire year like Chapel, Assembly, Advisory, which occur during the academic day..

It seems like according to the Years and Terms documentation - see below. you could have three trimester terms and 1 year-long term. So, to keep them in "parallel term sets," could the names and descriptions be named like below.

Names: Description:
Season 1 Fall
Season 2 Winter
Season 3 Spring
Year Year long

Or please share if there are better ways to set this up. Thanks.
