Adding an Instagram Widget into a Pushpage Newsletter

Hello, I am wondering if it is possible to add an embedded Instagram post to a pushpage newsletter. I know you can do it for the website but I am struggling to do it for the newsletter. I tried using Light Widgets code and inputting it into the code within the newsletter template and it didn't work. Any guidance would be appreciated.
