Add a Single Gift feature and Loading Defaults Sets and Business Rules

Will the ability to add and load default sets be available for Add a Single Gift?

And will the standard and user defined business rules be activated in the Add a Single Gift feature?

It is very helpful to have these default sets and business rules waiting in the wings especially since we don't enter all of our gifts through Batch.

We got into this briefly in a previous post but I can summarize a bit more and be specific to defaults since that one had more to do with business rules.

We are in the early planning stages for gift defaults and gift business rules and this is gift defaults for single gift adds. The defaults for the new grid view batch will be part of the release there.

The plan is to build out the defaults functionality in web view and when a gift is added using the single gift add form, to then auto populate (or populate via some kind of trigger) so lessen the burden of larger gift entries.

Early planning here and it would not be something we start until later in 2025 and we should have more details on this during our next round of product update briefings.
