Hi everyone!

We have a number of exciting updates to share, including some of your long requested improvements to the report sharing experience as well as adding support for address processing to several reports.

In addition, we are excited to announce the release of the Cash Flow Report in Standard Reports!

RECENTLY UPDATED:

• Cash Flow Report- now available!
• Address processing is now available for Gift Detail and Summary Reports
• Address processing is now available for Donor Category Reports
• Sharing improvements
  • On the “Recently run” tab, we have added an info icon (similar to Scheduled) to indicate the report results have been shared with other users.
  • In addition, when you click on the “Share” button, you can now see a list of users that the report was shared with and can add or remove people from accessing report results
  • This ability to view, edit and remove users that the report has been shared with has also been added to the “Shared” tab when Scheduling a report, allowing you to change sharing preferences over time when needed for reports set to run on a schedule

You guys are rock stars! ? THANK YOU For fixing the anonymous settings! I only had time to test out one report this week and I was so excited to see the option to choose how I want anonymous to show.

As I was testing the Cash Flow Report, I did encounter an error. When I ran the report I have saved in database view it ran perfectly in both pdf and csv. The issue is when I saved the report with the new report periods, it wrote over the field "Include gifts made after." When I looked into it, it seems that that the option "include all gifts" isn't available in web view. It appears when I saved it in web view the field defaulted to "Last day of last calendar year."

I then went to check the periods and the report I saved in web view has alerts in the period tab.

Wish list item: Since you guys seem to be able to magic, it would be wonderful if there was a way to have the period's update dynamically based on a configuration. Since this report is one we pull quarterly we have to update the period each time we run the report making it so that we can't schedule this one.
