Is the Ideas Portal ever reviewed?

in Blackbaud Community Ideas

I am often redirected to the Ideas portal by support and the developers to request basic features. I post ideas pretty often, and vote on others, but I'm discouraged - there are hundreds of ideas specific to Altru and it seems there is no movement on any of them. The last idea marked “reviewed” was from July of this year - before that, March of this year. Has anyone found any success whatsoever in working with Blackbaud to make Altru functional? If so, can you share how?

    I have the same frustration. I know Blackbaud has been forced to put security at the forefront, and most other development seems to be at the wayside. Modern online giving forms and the few bug fixes and small improves each cycle are nice, but it's incredibly frustrating to find a KB from years ago marked “the devs deem this (important feature to many) is too hard to fix, make an IDEA suggestion", only to eventually find an IDEA with hundreds of votes and no movement from Blackbaud.

    How is BB deciding which new features specific to Altru? Is there a group of clients being polled? If so, how do we get on that list?
