JOB DESCRIPTION:

Part Time- 20-30 hours per week

Temporary - 2-3 months

Preferred hybrid East King County/ Seattle area

Reports to Executive Director

Office hours generally 8AM-4PM PST, though occasional evening and weekend hours may be required with advance notice 

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

$24 per hour

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintenance of data in our donor database.

Enter financial and in-kind donations into database in timely and accurate manner.

Prepare and run weekly reports on donations

Reconcile donor database with bookkeeper monthly.

Update and edit donor information in an ongoing manner. 

Collaborate with team members on failed transactions and donor requests.

Document procedures for database management and reporting processes. 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

1 or more years’ experience with data entry verification, and reporting in a computerized system 

Experience with Raiser’s Edge NXT

High degree of accuracy and attention to detail  

Ability to work cooperatively in a small office environment 

Ability to prioritize multiple requests and work independently with minimal supervision 

Strong verbal and written communications skills 

Effective organizational skills 

Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint) 

Ability to relate well to individuals of all backgrounds and socio-economic levels
