Getting Started with Impact Edge

We hope you are enjoying your access to Impact Edge. We want to make sure you know where we have created tools to help you get to know this amazing new product:

  • ?‍? Register for customer training. In these sessions we discuss:
    • How to navigate the product and get support.
    • Walk through each dashboard for example of how you can configure your information and data.
    • Discuss best practices for use.
  • ? Check out the Getting Started resource here in Community.
  • ? Introduce yourself on the Discussion Board and say ‘hi’ so we know you are here. Don't forget to come back and start your own discussions as you develop best practices.
  • ? Subscribe to Latest News and receive alerts when our Release Notes are posted.
  • ? Share your Ideas with the Product Team and help us improve the Impact Edge user experience.
  • ? Sign up for future live trainings - happening October - December 2024!

  • @Jewell Willett When I try to view Impact Edge, no data loads! I just see a the template throughout any of the screen and/or filter options I've tried.

    @Julie Katz Interesting! Thanks for raising. Can you submit an Admin Support case? They have some access that I don't in terms of checking your permissions, etc. which I think will be helpful in quickly resolving for you.
