addGift API - hide gift amount - "Do Not Display Amount"

I asked Blackbaud Support how to enable the “Do Not Display Amount” parameter on a TeamRaiser gift via the addGift() API call, and they said they don't know and suggested I ask the Community. Because why would their own Support Team know more than their clients about their own APIs… ugh…

Anyways, has anyone found a solution to this? The addGift() API call is defined here:

We are using the server-side call (but both server and client side have similar parameters defined), and we thought the “gift_display_personal_page” parameter set to false would be the ticket, but it doesn't seem to hide the gift amount.

If you're in the admin of LO, and view/edit a TeamRaiser gift, there's a field titled “Do Not Display Amount”, and we just need to trigger that via the TeamRaiser API from the addGift() method.

Any suggestions?
