Change vendor's preferred method of payment:

I have a vendor that would like to change their method of payment from check to ACH however they are not receiving communication back from REPAY. Is this something I would have to put a case in with Blackbaud support?

    @Kim Schiro Yes, please submit a case with Support. You'll just need to provide the vendor name and their desired payment method. If you have a vendor email, that'll be helpful too. From there, we will work with REPAY to get them enrolled in ACH.

  • @Kim Schiro we have had some of our vendors complain about the same issue. Communication with Repay seems quite lacking
