Contact Blackbaud Support for help with Payment Assistant

Starting Monday September 9, support for Payment Assistant will transition over to Blackbaud Support.

What does this mean?

• If you experience an issue or need assistance, contact Blackbaud Support through your usual channels (chat or phone). If you’re unsure how to contact Blackbaud Support, please refer to this Knowledgebase Article.
• Please continue to share any feedback here on our Community page, or with me directly (Hallie.Hurwitz@blackbaud.com). This includes feedback related to the product, REPAY, or even our new support workflow.

We’ve been working very hard internally at Blackbaud to prepare for this change. As support for this product transitions from me to our Blackbaud Support teams, we remain committed to providing you high-quality customer service. Please continue to share your experience and feedback on ways we can improve.

Is there a targeted support number just for Payment Assist because the chat support don't seem to be able to help and just refer us Repay?

Will there be another check-in meeting?

Hi @Rena Lolley - I'm sorry you're having trouble getting through. We're making updates to our virtual assistant to help it better recognize Payment Assistant. I believe Support caught this though and have followed up.

We've asked REPAY to follow with your vendor and assist with the payment. If you want, you can also suggest that your vendor reach out directly to REPAY (801-679-6044 or 801-762-8772 or email payableshelp@repay.com).

@Hallie Hurwitz Our vendors have contacted Repay and have been frustrated with their lack of assistance as well. We also contacted Repay on behalf of our vendors and haven't gotten much help either.
