REPAY still feels scammy to our vendors

Hi all,

Is anyone else still receiving feedback that the REPAY reach outs feel scammy? I even send emails to notify people they will be receiving a phone call or email and people still think it's a scam. I haven't been able to gather good feedback other than it feels scammy. Thoughts?
