Syncfusion Software Pvt. Ltd. is looking for multiple Office Coordinators / Admins. You will coordinate with customers and internal technical teams to provide support. Eligibility:

  • Any degree (Regular)
  • 2020 to 2023 Graduates with minimum 60% in all academics (HSC mandatory)
  • Ability to work shifts.
  • Good oral and written communication skills. Well-versed in MS Office.
  • No gaps of any kind

Experience 0 - 1 year in relevant field.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • General office maintenance \\ admin tasks
  • Maintenance of employee records
  • Asset management
  • Inventory record maintenance.
  • Customer support coordination – voice, email and web
  • Reach out to customers via phone and email to confirm renewal of all licenses.

Resolve order issues by providing prompt and friendly customer service.

Working Hours:

  • Three shifts.
  • All shifts can be worked from home with no commute to the office.

Saturday work (As needed)
