Reports exclude non-US donor gifts

Hi, I am having trouble reconciling our fiscal year. My queries and exports are fine. My reports and Campaign dashboard exclude any gifts from donors with addresses outside of US. Any clue what I might have configured incorrectly?

@Pam LaBove Did you link your dashboards to any queries or lists? Have you checked all of your filters?

@Christine Robertson Thank you. No queries are used. Filters for Campaign, Gift types are the same as the queries we use and the same for my colleague's dashboards. It's interesting to me because certain reports that I run exclude non-US address donors as well. Not true for my colleagues running the same report. It makes me think I have something configured in my profile.

it is not clear what report you are comparing that is not matching.

Are you using database view canned report? webview's gift list or Dashboard?

@Alex Wong all database view. Dashboard from db view, canned reports from database view

you will need to look at how the dashboard is built and compare to the option you selected in the canned report.

since they are all db view, the only diff is going to be around the configuration option used.
