Default Personal Page picture or body text in TeamRaiser?

Why can I not change the Default Personal Page picture or body text in TeamRaiser?  I click finish or save and the changes are on that page but don't reflect on present webpages.  Is it only from that time forward?

Yes, it is only for pages that are created from the time you changed it going forward.  The existing pages can only be changed by editing them individually.
