When I run a report in TeamRaiser and ask for the order in apha by last name why does a last name input with an initial small letter appear out of order?  Thus, the names smith or andrews follow Thompson or Zara.  If I go in and change the s in smith to S (Smith) or a in andrews to A (Andrews) they appear in the correct order.  The sample attachment is all I have now because I manually corrected some other lists and they are fine now.

    You may want to open a support case and see if they can change anything here but I'm pretty sure that the system sees the info as incomplete so it puts them at the bottom of the report.
