  • We have been able to meet one of our largest funding goals this year by increasing our stewardship processes, including letters, phone calls, emails, and personal contacts! @Crystal Bruce

@Crystal Bruce With two weeks to go, we are closing in on capital campaign fundraising goal for the year. We have met/exceeded goal the past two years because of a great, capable staff team. With new a CEO now who seems focused on doing even better and more it will be a challenge.

  • @Crystal Bruce We met and exceeded our Planned Giving goal this fiscal year by reaching out to donors who made gifts through an IRA or donor-advised fund, encouraging them to donate the remainders.

  • @Crystal Bruce
My team set a goal for 100% compliance with company safety trainings and certification documents and so far this year we have met and maintained this goal!

  • @Crystal Bruce We set a goal of trying to incorporate the Use of Ai in daily lessons and outlies.

@Crystal Bruce we implemented a new ticketing system, and improved response times and satisfaction with our IT department.

  • We've created a new KPI system that better reflects our goals (and that we can achieve)!

  • @Crystal Bruce still a few more days in our fiscal year, and I'm so happy to say that we will come very close to meeting goal! This is huge news because it's been basically 2 of us doing a majority of the fundraising AND without a leader in our department for most of the FY. It's very motivating. And I worked on an outreach to our sustaining donors showing them the impact of their giving and it has been very well received. I'll continue to think “outside the box” on how to engage our donors.

  • @Crystal Bruce We blew past our fiscal goal which was amazing. I think the key was (finally) getting fully staffed! It made all the difference in major gifts, grants, planned giving. Really remarkable what can be done with a full staff!!!

  • @Crystal Bruce, we passed our annual donor number goal, and I think the primary reason for this was because our annual fund team worked with our Reunion volunteers to set up individual class giving challenges which the volunteers spearheaded instead of the Advancement team. That kind of personal touch, I think, made a huge difference, and I'm certain we'll do something similar for future reunion classes if we can get the volunteers hyped up enough for it.

  • @Crystal Bruce In addition to fundraising goals, I have implemented goals around personal contacts and personal stewardship. If you're making the contacts, and developing the relationships, the money comes eventually! Not just from the donors but from the new relationships that come from your donors as they open the doors to others.

  • @Crystal Bruce I've got to call out how helpful NXT workflows are… I was intimidated to use them at first due to how complex I've seen some other orgs use them. Now, that I've taken away the complexity out of them and use them for basic tasks such as making touchpoints with donors after a certain gift amount or gift type was made, I've gained so much time back in my day! Stewardship is so important, and I'm glad to have workflows in NXT helping me and my org get things done!
