CLASSIFICATION: Full Time, Exempt

START DATE: July 1, 2024

SALARY: $72,000 to $80,000 per year

This behind-the-scenes leadership role will lead our Donor Services team and oversee the maintenance of our Raiser’s Edge Database.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Manage and oversee a Donor Services Team.
  • Manage and oversee the maintenance and improvements of the Raiser’s Edge database system.
  • Implement Raiser’s Edge training and re-training for all users.
  • Create Special Raiser’s Edge Reports as needed, including Event Reconciliation Management.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to manage data required for outgoing newsletter mailings, direct mail and email campaigns and appeal tracking and reporting.
  • Manage the approval process of all daily batch deposits prior to posting, month end reconciliation & reports.
  • Oversee the implementation of the customer relationship management (CRM) features of the database, includes improving the CRM capabilities based upon the fund-raising end user’s needs.
  • Manage list maintenance program to maintain data integrity.
  • Routinely review and refine current gift processing and data entry processes and prospects and donors CRM tracking to maximize the efficiency of our systems.
  • Manage a dashboard for the donor services department workflow including key performance indicators (KPI).
  • Manage the core process of the department and document and update the standard operating procedures (SOP) focused on clarity, consistency, and efficiency.
  • Recommend enhancements with a commitment to continuous improvement and total quality management (TQM).
  • Conduct RFP process as necessary for new database and/or other products or services for Donor Services.
  • As needed, travel or virtual training and support for regional users.
  • As needed, attend fundraising events when donor services support is needed.

REQUIREMENTS QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 3 years progressive Donor Services/donor database management experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Outlook software applications
  • Project management experience
  • Report generator type of software application experience.
  • Multi-tasking capable and deadline oriented
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Able to communicate effectively with internal and external users and donors.
  • Employee must have a philosophy of support for at-risk children and families in line with the mission, vision, values, and statement of faith of Olive Crest.
  • Must be able to lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.
  • Must be able to bend, kneel, stoop and reach.
  • Must receive and maintain a criminal record clearance.
