How to resolve an exception in regards to the RE Connector

We purchased the Convio Connector in order to download and import online gifts into our Raisers Edge database. Each time I run the connector it generates a few different csv files. I then take three of those csv files and import them into RE. I run a validation report before I actually import to new profiles, updated profiles and transactions to make sure there are no exceptions. Well today I had my first 2 exceptions and I'm not quite sure how to resolve them. The error message I get is "Import ID, Cons ID or SS# is not unique" (I've attached a copy of the control report. Anyone have any tips? Thanks!
