Review check box is not displaying when leaving screen and returning

Here is what it looks like for a teacher in the old grading screen:

The grades are correctly marked ready for review in the system but the new grading screen does not show the checkmarks.

    In addition to this. It seems that because the screen is not showing them as reviewed the teacher is able to change the grade via the New Grading Screen whereas it is locked in the old view. This will definitely need to be fixed before this is rolled out as the only way to handle report card grades. Thanks!
