I have this error in an event registration. The money still came through but no one received a confirmation email.

Welcome to the Blackbaud Community Victoria! You should definitely search the knowledgebase for that error message, and reach out to support if you do not find a resolution in the knowledgebase.

The knowledgebase search can be frustrating and you don't always get good results. Many customers just use Google to search for an answer - just make sure you include “Blackbaud” or “Online Express” in your search criteria, and make sure you are reviewing results that are from Blackbaud.
