Teacher request: Make "show previous grades" sticky

Our teachers are now doing their end-of-year report card submissions. A couple of them have mentioned that it would be nice for their choices to display previous grades for a section stay active when they switch to another section.

In particular, if the teacher chooses to display the Fall term grade and the Winter term grade for one section, they would like to see those same columns displayed for other sections too.

It probably makes sense to use those settings only for the current session - not forever.
