Staff email addresses are all changing

We are a hospital charity and we don't have our own ICT support - we use the ICT team and infrastructure which belong to the hospital. We've just been told that they are moving all of our email addresses to a new domain - currently they are all @nuh.nhs.uk, but they will be moving to @nhs.net. I think that might cause issues for us when logging into NXT, and also for our OLX email marketing. Can anyone think of anything else that could be affected? The change is a few months away, so I'm just thinking ahead. We only use RE NXT and DBV, no other Blackbaud products.

@Amanda Tindale Nothiing else should be affected. Each of you will just have to edit your email on your Blackbaud ID in your Blackbaud Profile User Account and change the email for Online Express.

@Amanda Tindale We just had a client change her name and email address on her own. Something went awry and she was locked out of her account for at least a week. I'm not sure if it has been fixed yet - last I knew Blackbaud was working on it.

We don't know what she did specifically, but I would definitely read through this knowledgebase article before proceeding.

@Karen Diener very helpful, thanks. I think I'll ask one of our infrequent NXT users to be the guinea pig and change first, so we can check for any issues.
