Why can't I delete TeamRaiser address book entries?

Once a donor has made a donation to a TeamRaiser participant, the donor is added to the participant's address book. The address book is then tied to the participant's constituent record, and if the participant registers with the same account from year to year, the address book follows them. However, it cannot be seen or edited from the admin side anywhere. Donors cannot be deleted from the address book directly, from the back end, or by removing them from Constituent360.

If a donor in the address book is receiving emails in error, the participant can edit the donor's address book entry and change the email address to the participant's own email address. This will keep the donor from receiving erroneous emails. If the participant simply doesn't want to see the donor in their address book, they can edit the address book entry and add "zzz" in front of the name, which will put the person at the very bottom of the last page of address book entries.
