How do I Change a TeamRaiser participant's Participation Type?

To change the Participation Type of a TeamRaiser participant:

1. Log into the Convio Administrative site.

2. Go to Fundraising->TeamRaiser.

3. Click on the magnifying glass next to the TeamRaiser in which the participant is involved.

4. Find the participant by typing his/her name into the form and clicking Search this TeamRaiser.

5. When his/her name comes up, click on the pencil next to the name to edit the registration.

6. Under Participation Information change the Participation Type by choosing it in the drop-down.

7. Save the record.
