Online Donation Buttons Missing

We are creating a form and cannot see our donation buttons on the preview. How do we know what the form will look like once it is online without seeing it on the preview?

how are you previewing?

I am able to click on the Preview link on the donation form build in RE database view > Online Express module > Donations and see the button

You can always embed the donation form onto your org's webpage (that is not published) to see how it looks “live” without being expose to visitor of your site.

@Beth Anders I might be oversimplifying but are the button colors the same as your background color? I am thinking that if they are the same color they would blend into the background and not be seen when previewing.
