Optimized Donation Form Slow Loading

Hello! We have added the Optimized Donation form to our website and it has been taking about 10-12 seconds to load. We're trying to decipher if this is a problem with the way our website (wordpress) or with the new form. Does anyone else experience a slow load of the new form?

@Christine Robertson No, I suspect it could be our website and unrelated to the form. But was hoping for some insights from others before we roll back the change. We're in the middle of a major appeal, so we're hesitant to make any additional changes!
