Week 12: Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

When reporting on your organization’s social responsibility initiatives, we understand that diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) can drive both internal and external initiatives. We would love to know how your organization approaches DE&I initiatives for both employees and the communities you serve. Here are some questions that may help you get started, but feel free to share your own perspective.

  • Does your organization have Business Resource Groups that engage employees on certain DE&I topics?
    • Business Resource Groups (BRGs) are voluntary, employee-led groups that serve as a resource for members and their employers by fostering a diverse, inclusive workplace aligned with organizational mission, values, goals, business practices and objectives. Other terms for BRGs are Employee Resource Groups, Diversity & Inclusion Councils, Affinity Groups, or Employee Networks.
  • How do you want to see your Blackbaud data in relation to your DE&I initiatives?
  • Are you getting data from other non-Blackbaud products that you use to measure DE&I at your organization? If so, what other products are you using and would you want to see the data from those products represented in Impact Edge?
