Using RE Queries for Research Lists is no longer working. Ideas?

Using RE Queries for Research Lists is no longer working. When I attempt to bring in the query to do a wealth screening, I get the following error message:

I spoke with support and they told me that this was the effect of a single record. I've since tried other scans and the same thing happens. Suffice to say, it's not a single record, it's a system issue. Has anyone experienced this? What's the solution?
