Emails from OLX going to spam

Hi there,

Has anyone else noticed that emails they send through OLX are now going to spam (it seems like this is specifically happening for Google email holders)? This never used to happen for us but since the end of last week it's been a problem,

@Tess Gee - There were recently changes for Google and Yahoo in regards to their spam filters. You can resolve the current issue by reading through this blog and having your IT department check in on your org's DKIM to ensure emails sent through BB servers are registering as coming from your org's domain.

Hi on the 12th January we received an email entitled “Corrected DMARC Link | Timely Action Needed for Bulk Email authentication changes beginning in February 2024”. This came from Blackbaud.com. I think your issues with Googlemail may be related.

This email would have gone to your BB administrator contact.

@Tess Gee I'm currently working with my IT department to make sure we are DMARC and DKIM compliant, as well as extending our DNS lookup limitations. Connect your IT department with Blackbaud support to make sure everything is lined up.
