As CSR and ESG program managers, we understand you have the responsibility not only to implement many programs but also quantify the effects – the “impact”. In a landscape of varying frameworks and metrics, the pursuit of genuine impact assessment is both challenging and necessary. We would love to know how you approach and think about impact measurement and how it might differ from output or outcome reporting. Here are some questions that may help you get started, but as always, feel free to share your own perspective.
