Week 11: Grants

We are happy to announce that Grants reporting has been released in Impact Edge. If you are a GrantsConnect customer, you will automatically see the additional option on your left navigation within Impact Edge. The design of the report follows the standard Impact Edge design schema with an overview and details page.

Please jump in and use this report and provide us feedback. Interact with the map to see your program reach. Please try all the filters and adjust the time frames. Compare the data you see here to the data in GrantsConnect. Some additional guiding questions for your response:

• Do you like the way the data is communicated?
• Are the term definitions clear?
• Are there any data issues?
• What do you like?
• What would you change?

We like the way it's communicated and how it appears - the data doesn't appear accurate.
Under grant recipients, dots are not showing accurately on the map - US donations are appearing in Europe.
Under the overview, data is not matching what we have on file. How can we verify the data that is being pulled?
Under grant recipients, the data appearing is not ours.

Yes, term definitions are clear.

Can we pull other data points from the application i.e. supported area (health, education, community)

Can we pull data points from grant reports i.e. number of people served.

We are temporarily rolling back access to Grants reporting as we resolve the reported bug. We expect the fix out by Monday. Thank you for your patience!

Grants reporting was turned back on yesterday for everyone. We appreciate the feedback from @Jenna Heydt. That's what an EAP is all about!
