    @Crystal Bruce Sort of basic - setting the field to search for matching records. We have our default set to First Name and Last Name field. This auto finds most records. If it doesn't match when I select find constituent I uncheck first name. Having it try to match on address or even email isn't as successful due to capitalization/abbreviations.

    When I do get a full list of “Smith’s” I often use the sort on the address to quickly look for a matching number.
