Luminate recurring gift not showing on donor record after merging duplicate records in RE

A recurring donor through our website form no longer shows gifts on her record at all in Luminate and the gifts seem to be processing but they don't make it over to RE either. We were recently merging duplicate records in RE and I can see she was merged and that there were 2 Luminate ID's and now she only has 1 Luminate ID and the old one no longer exists. I want to be able to correct her recurring gift so it processes and shows up on her Luminate and RE records.
