Group Data Export

Hi - I need to be able to download the data for my groups, so I have a file with my constituents' names, the group name, the constituent ID, member ID, and exchange ID.

Is there a way to export this data by group? Right now the only way I've found to get what I need is to do a query and then turn it into a mail merge, but I'm hoping someone knows of a simpler way.

Hi @Sarah Massoni,

You can do this just by using a MailMerge alone.

Go to Data Management - Mail Merges. Use Create a New Mail Merge link.

Name it what you want, give it a description and select your fields (you will have to scroll), see screenshot below.

Click Next and select your Group.

Click Next to confirm your Group selection and it will run.

Once complete download the csv and you are all set.
