Hi folks, I've reached out to a few institutions in hopes someone can provide guidance. We are exploring Blackbaud merchant services (BBMS) to use with Blackbaud Online Giving. As a CRM / Workday Finance client, we were very curious to know how others dealt with BBMS sending your bank deposits net of fees - without significant manual intervention on the Workday side - while also grossing the contribution up so that the donor's gift is fully realized to the designated area of support. How are others handling this, particularly those Workday users?
